Insurance Coverage
Advanced Reproductive Center of Hawaii accepts most insurance plans and our staff understands that plan benefits can be confusing. We want you to be relaxed and comfortable throughout your treatment so we are available to help you coordinate your coverage, handle all pre-certification paperwork, and make appropriate phone calls to your insurance company.
While we do accept most insurance plans, HMOs require a referral to our office. However, Dr. Christopher Huang is a participating provider with the following HMSA HMO plans so no referral is needed for:
During your initial consultation Dr. Huang will design a treatment plan for you. We will contact your insurance company to coordinate benefits and let you know what your estimated out of pocket expense (if any) will be.
Following is a list of the most common insurance plans that we accept. (Do not be discouraged if your plan is not listed; just call our office to inquire about your specific carrier.)
